"Io uccido" - " I kill"

Come al solito mi sono impantanato su un libro. Per fortuna sono uscito da quel pantano (dopo più di un mese!).

600 e più pagine che non finivano più. Ogni capitolo non finiva più.Ogni pagina non finiva più! Ma ho questo brutto difetto. Quando inizio un libro devo finirlo.

Il libro è un triller. Non mi piacciono i triller. Ma me la sono cercata: il titolo è “Io uccido”. Mica potevo pensare che fosse un romanzo d’amore (neppure quelli mi piacciono molto), o un saggio sui massimi sistemi della vita!!!

“Io uccido” è un triller.

Scritto da Giogio Faletti (c’è chi dice che in realtà non lo ha scritto lui ma ha solo dato il nome).

Il libro è scritto malissimo. Forse solo io scrivo peggio. Come si fa a pubblicare un libro cosi?

Pensare che sul retro del libro c’è scritto che è stato ai primi posti della classifica dei libri più venduti in Italia!. Ma stiamo scherzando?!!? Italiani ma che avete in testa??!!! Leggete Fabio Volo e Giogio Faletti. Passi De Carlo, che anche se non brilla di fantasia almeno scrive bene.

Ma con tutti i capolavori italiani che ci sono in circolazione leggete questi autori!

E’ vero. Io l’ho fatto. Ma sentivo in giro gente che parlava bene di lui e di questo suo libro (certo che il passaparola è diabolico!).

Io avrei piacere di entrare nelle case di queste persone e vedere che razza di libreria hanno (sempre se ne hanno una).

Giudicate le persone da quello che leggono non da quello che hanno.

Se venite da me però non vi aspettate gran ché. La mia libreria è un’arlecchinata di manuali, libretti, capolavori e libracci (non butto via un libro anche se fa schifo, un libro non si butta mai via, può sempre servire a fare spessore qua e la…)

Torniamo ad “Io uccido”. Perché non mi piace? Bhe prima cosa, non mi è piaciuto perche avevo aspettative un po’ più alte,da un libro letto da cosi tante persone.

Non mi piace perché scrive  come scrivevo io, senza punteggiatura, solo che a me mi rifilavano un 3 secco nel tema di letteratura. A lui milioni in tasca. Non mi piace perché alla semplice storia di un serial killer ha fatto girotondo una serie di altre piccole storie tragiche di altri personaggi (dal protagonista con moglie depressa suicida, al migliore amico del Serial Killer che è ritardato nel senso stretto della parola, all’amico fraterno del protagonista che con la perdita del figlio vede la moglie impazzire…non vado oltre se no vi svelo troppe cose…, e poi altro altro…che barba). Non mi piace la storia d’amore (immancabile per attirare un po’ il pubblico femminile)tra il protagonista e una donna con la sua “tragedia” peronale (non mi dilungo chissà mai che qualcuno voglia provare a farsi del male a leggere quel libro).

E poi? E poi ovvio dopo una strage di vittime c'è l’happy ending.

Per fortuna che l’ho comprato usato quel libro. Meno di 4 euro.Non ho contribuito alla ri-scalata della classifica dei libri più venduti.

Mi rendo conto di non aver scritto una recensione appurata del libro, ma non ho voglia di continuare a parlarne male, quindi concludo qui.

Altro? Si, leggerò un altro libro di Faletti solo se vorrò infliggendomi una punizione.

As usual, I stuck in a book. Luckily I came out of that quagmire (after more than a month).

600 and more pages that do not would end. Each chapter could not stop. But I have this nasty fault: when I start a book I cannot stop, I have to finish it.

The book is a thriller. I do not like thriller. But it cound not  be otherwise : the title is "I kill " Obviously I could not think it was a love story (even that ones I really don't like), or an essay on the greatest systems of life.

"I kill" is a thriller.

Written by Giogio Faletti (some say that in fact they wrote him but he only gave the name).

The book is written very badly. Perhaps only I can write worse. How do you publish a book like this?

Thinking that on the back of the book is written that it was on the top of the list of most sold books in Italy!. But we're kidding!? Italian what a f...? Read Fabio aVolo and Giogio Faletti. De Carlo steps, even if it does not shine fantasy at least he writes well.

But with all the Italian masterpieces that are in circulation you read these authors!

It 's true. I did it. But I've got around people who spoke well about him and his book (of course word of mouth is evil!).

I would like to enter the houses of these people and see what kind of bookcase they have (if they have one!).

Judge people by what they read not what they have.

If you come to me,do not expect much. My library is full of different kind of manuals, booklets, masterpieces, and bad books (I do not throw a book away, even it sucks, you never throw away a book, it can always be used to make thick here and there ...)

Let's go back to "I kill". Why do not I like it? Well the first thing I did not like it because I had expected

perhaps  a bit 'higher. From a book read by so many people, what else!!

I do not like it because he write as I wrote at school: no punctuation, but I got the worse mark at school, and to him millions in his pocket. I don't  like because at the simple story of a serial killer he has made a number of other small  tragic stories of other characters (the protagonist had a wife  with  depressed that commits suicide, the best friend of the Serial Killer, which is delayed in the strict sense of the word, friend brother of the protagonist with the loss of her son sees his wife crazy ... I do not go well if not too many things ... I'll let you, then another and another ... that beard). I do not like the love story in the book (a must for attracting some female audiences) between the protagonist and a woman with her personal "tragedy" (I will not dwell who knows that someone would try to get hurt itself to read that book). 

And then what? And then, of course, after a massacre of victims we have the happy ending.

Luckily I bought used that book. Less than 4 euro.Non have contributed to the re-climbing the bestseller list.

I know that I have not written a review ascertained the book, but I do not want to continue to speak ill of him so I conclude here.

Other? Yes, I will read another book by Faletti only if I want  inflict myself with a punishment.

Camden Lock Market - Proud Camden

La settimana scorsa sono stato a Londra a trovare un amico.
Visito Londra mediamente una volta all'anno.
Almeno negli ultimi 6 anni. E' la citta che conosco meglio fuori dell'italia.
Ho sempre avuto la foruna di essere sempre stato ospitato.
Pure questa ultima volta sono stato ospite.
Ma a differenza delle ultime volte sono stato ospite in una zona diversa. Ad est, per precisione vicino alla fermata della metro Old Street.
Di solito stavo ad ovest, South Kensington, Earls Court, oppure in centro, Piccadilly , May Fair.
Ma ad ovest mai. Come zona non la conoscevo e sono stato positivamente colpito e felice d'averla conosciuta.
Tra le varie zone scoperte (non le posso elencare tutte), c'è Candem Town.
Sapevo che sarei stato portato a vedere questo quartiere, ma non sapevo cosa era precisamente e cosa ci fosse. Qualcuno nel passato me ne aveva parlato, ma me lo aveva descritto come un mercato pieno di gente e non ero stato invogliato ad andare.
Questa volta visto la vicinanza da Old Street non c'è stato scampo. Sono andato.
E sono stato molto colpito un po deluso di non esserci andato prima. Totalmente inpreparato.
Camden Town si trova in prossimità di Regent's Canal, un canale costruito nei primi anni del 1800 per facilitare la comunicazione della parte nord di Londra con il resto del paese.
Nel passato Camdem Town era un posto pericoloso frequentato dai malviventi durante l'era vittoriana. E' sempre stato frequentato dagli immigrati irlandesi orientali ed ebrei.
Dagli anni 70 diventa un luogo trandy frequentato da artisti e studenti.
Oggi è un quartiere modaiolo molto turistico dove il mercato Camdem Market è la principale attrazione.
Dall'uscita della stazione della metro a Camdem Town si nota la fiumana delle persone che iniziano la loro eseperienza in questo luogo cosi particolare. Ci sono negozi e bancarelle che vendono sia suvenir che oggetti di abbigliamento e arredamento del tutto particolari, per esempio t-shirt con dei led luminosi che si accendono e spengono al ritmo di musica, o vestiti in pelle dark stile Neo(Keanu Reeves)nel film Matrix 2, vestiti vintage, vestiti da streghe o da folletti. Bhe inutile descrivere immaginatevi di tutto e di più e poi andateci.
Alla fine della via, (Camden High Street) in prossimità delle chiuse, inizia Camdem Lock, (non vi potete sbagliare c'è un murales gigante con scritto Camdem Lock, un mercato di dimensioni abnormi. Il mercato esiste dal 1973 ed è formato da bancarelle che oltre a vendere tutto ciò che è potrebbe essere presente gia nei negozi che vi ho descritto, vendono vestiti usati, artigianato prodotti multi-etnici, oggetti d'arte, modernariato, cappelli sui generis (ero molto tentato di comprarmi un classico cilindro inglese da nobile inglese fine 800, quelli altri 30 cm!!). Ci sono poi molte bancarelle che vendono cibi esotici oltre che classici humberger o fish and chips. Camdem Lock Market è cosi grande che si divide in diversi mercati indoor e outdoor.Tra questi (non voglio nominarli tutti non me li ricordo c'è) Stables Market. Il luogo una volta era un ospedale per i cavalli.Non mi ricordo a che servissero precisamente i cavalli in quel luogo, lo ho letto ma non me lo ricordo.All'interno del mercato c'è uno spazio destinato all'intrattenimento il "Proud Camden". E' un luogo per intrattenimento dove è presente un palco dove gruppi musicali si esibiscono. Noi siamo andati li verso le 16.00 e c'era dia un gruppo che si stava esibendo (me ne intendo poco di musica, ma erano bravi secondo me).Il palco è famoso in quanto si sono esibiti in passato cantanti che poi sono diventati popolari tra questi (si legge nel sito web): Jessie J, Peter Doherty, Dizzee Rascal, The Kooks, Stereophonics, e Johnny Borrell  . Di fronte al palco ci sono diversi divanetti dove si può gustare una birra in tranqullità ascoltando la musica. Il posto è arricchito da quadri con foto con artisti famosi degli anni passati e presenti ( ho visto anche una foto di Ian Curtis dei Joy Division!, per chi non lo conoscesse suggerisco il film "Control"). All'interno di questo spazio a destra del palco dopo il piano bar (sempre a destra del palco) c'erano le stalle dove erano posizionati i cavalli feriti. Gli spazi sono rimasti gli stessi ma sono stati riadattati: adesso all'interno delle singole stanze sono spazi che possono essere affittati privatamente per stare in compagnia di amici in una situaizone "quasi" privata. All'interno di questi spazi, che sono arredati a tema differtne l'uno dall'altro, sono presenti schermi TV, con possibilità di vedere incontri sportivi, videogioci per PS3 per divertisi e inoltre bevande e cibi caldi a richiesta. Noi quando siamo andati li abbiamo visto che c'era un addio al nubilato, la porta della "stalla" era chiusa, ma si poteva intravedere tutto dalle finestre a sbarre.
Abbiamo visto poi tra le tante stanze una che era arredata con un palo al centro come un locale lap-dance.

Successivamente ho visto che il locale presenta anche un giardino esterno ed un ristornate, ma non ci siamo andati, siamo rimasti ad ascoltare musica e bere birra.

Last week I went to London to visit a friend.
I visit London on average once a year.
At least in the last 6 years. London is the city that I know better outside of Italy.
I was a guest (as always) in my friend's place.
This time I was a guest in a different area. To the east, close to Old Street underground station.
Usually I was on the west, South Kensington, Earls Court, or in the center, Piccadilly, May Fair.
But never to the west.
Among the various exposed areas (I can not list all), there is Candem Town.
I knew that I would be invited to see this neighborhood, but I did not know precisely what was and what was there. Someone told me about the past, but it described him as a market full of people and I had not been persuaded to go.
This time, because the proximity to Old Street, there was no  escape. I went there.
And I was very impressed and a little disappointed not to be gone there before.It was amazing.
Camden Town is located near Regent's Canal, a canal built in the early 1800's to facilitate the communication of north London with the rest of the country.
In the past,during the Victorian era, Camden Town was a dangerous place frequented by gangsters . It 's always been popular with Irish immigrants and Oriental Jews.
From the 70 becomes a place frequented by trendy artists and students.
Today is a very fashionable tourist district where the market Camden Market is the main attraction.
In the main street (Camden High Street) there are shops and stalls selling very special souvenirs and items of clothing and furniture, for example t-shirt with  lights that turn on and off to the rhythm of music, leather dark clothing  like Neo (Keanu Reeves) in the movie Matrix second; vintage clothing, dresses up as witches or goblins (and that's not because is carnival time now! but always!).
At the end of the street (Camden High Street) near the locks, starts Camden Lock (you can not miss it, there is a giant mural that says "Camden Lock") a market of abnormal size.The market has existed since 1973 and consists of than stalls selling everything you could already be present in stores that I have described, they sell used clothes, handicrafts products multi-ethnic, art, modern art, hats sui generis (I was very tempted to buy a classic English cylinder for English nobleman from the end 800). There are many stalls selling exotic foods as well as classics humberger or fish and chips. Camden Lock Market is so great that it is divided into different markets and indoor outdoor.
Stables Market is one of them. The place was once a hospital for horses.   the horses help to pull the  canal barges. Inside the market there is a space for enter the "Proud Camden". It' s a place for entertainment where there is a stage where bands perform live. We went there at about 16.00 and was giving a group who was performing. Many popular singers had preformed in the past among these (says the website): Jessie J, Peter Doherty, Dizzee Rascal, The Kooks, Stereophonics, and Johnny Borrell. In front of the stage there are several benches where you can enjoy a beer peace of mind while listening to music. The place is decorated with paintings of photos with famous artists of past and present (I also saw a picture of Ian Curtis of Joy Division!, for those who doesn’t know him suggest the movie "Control"). In Proud Camden on the right the stage  after the  bar, there are the stables where the horses were placed injured. Spaces have remained the same but were rearranged: now in the individual rooms that are many rooms that can be rented privately for being in the company of friends. All 'inside these spaces, which are furnished themed different each other, there are TV screens, you can watch sporting events, Videogames PS3 and also on request hot drinks and food. We went  there and we saw there was a bachelorette party, the door of the "barn" was closed, but you could see everything from the barred windows.
We saw then that one of the many rooms was furnished with a pole at the center as a local lap-dancing.

Then I saw that the room also features an outdoor garden and a restaurant, but there we went, we were listening to music and drink beer.

Il vero Rocky : Rocky ( part two) - The Real Rocky : Rocky (part two)

Nella prima parte del post di Rocky I (http://urbanspaceandleisure.blogspot.com/2012/01/ciao_30.html) ho parlato del film dalla mia prospettiva.
Ora voglio parlare di come è nato Rocky e informarvi che Rocky è esistito davvero.

Dietro al film Rocky ci sono due storie da raccontare.
Quella di un pugile e quello di un giovane attore sconosciuto.
Il pugile è Chuck Wepner , un pugile di medio livello del New Jersey, l’attore sconosciuto è Sylvester Stallone.
Iniziamo da Sylvester Stallone. All’epoca ,a metà degli anni settanta, è un giovane attore di povere origini,genitori separati, sposato giovane con due figli. Stallone vuole fare l’attore e continua a fare provini prima a New York poi a Los Angeles. Fino a quel momento aveva preso parte solo a piccole parti, comparsate o secondi ruoli in film che non hanno avuto mai successo. Tra Philadelphia, Los Angeles e New York, durante gli anni non era riuscito a trovare chi avesse il coraggio di scommettere su di lui come attore. Senza lavoro continua a cercare parti in film tra un provino e un altro,sempre scartato ritenuto poco film-genico e poco dotato. Ma lui, nonostante ripetuti rifiuti non molla.
 Senza un soldo in tasta, si dice che la moglie gli intimasse di trovare un lavoro normale. Lui si rifiuta. Dice che se trova un lavoro, perde la “fame”, ovvero perde l’entusiasmo e le energie per cercare di emergere come attore e avere successo. Lui vuole avere successo come attore. Non so quanto sia vero questo. A me piace pensare che, se non ci sia stato questo discorso tra lui e la moglie, Stallone la pensasse veramente cosi.
A 29 anni, con soli 109 dollari sul conto in banca e 40 dollari in tasca, la sera del 24 marzo 1975 si trova in un teatro,il Wiltern Theatre, in Los Angeles (anche se ho letto che era New York nel quartiere Village, ma poco importa) per guardare un incontro di pugilato. Paga venti dollari, non aveva neppure le possibilità per permettersi un “lusso” del genere,eppure entra, spinto da chissà che istinto. L’incontro è tra lo sconosciuto bianco Chuck Wepner e il campione di tutti i tempi Muhammad Ali.  Quel 24 marzo 1975 nascerà Rocky (io non avevo neppure un anno di vita….).
 Chuck Wepner era un pugile sconosciuto, che veniva da una serie di vittorie ( 8 vittorie consecutive in 3 anni di incontri ufficiali). Don King, manager di Ali (Don King non lo allenava, chi era al suo angolo era Angelo Dundee, ma King organizzava i suoi incontri) ,era privo di avversari per Ali dopo che questi aveva sconfitto prima Joe Frazier e poi Foreman a Kinshasa in quell’incontro definito “The Rumble in the Jungle” (Il terremoto nella giungle)  e riconquistato il titolo di campione del mondo.
Propone a Chuck Wepner di battersi per il titolo contro Ali. La scelta forse era dettata da una mossa commerciale ben organizzata, infondo erano anni che ad un bianco non veniva data l’opportunità di vincere un titolo mondiale. In assenza di un valido sfidante questa poteva essere la scelta migliore. Le probabilità erano tutte a suo sfavore dello sfidante bianco. Ad Alì furono garantiti 1.5 milioni di dollari. A Wepner solo 100.000, ma era la somma più alta che avesse mai guadagnato in un incontro. Secondo gli scommettitori Wepner sarebbe andato a KO entro la terza delle quindici riprese. Non era ritenuto un match serio da parte del pubblico e degli esperti ma solo un’esibizione. Larry Merchant, un giornalista che scriveva di boxe da molto tempo per il “The New York Post”, definì il match come un incontro tra un imbianchino e un artista pittore.  Ma Wepner si allena per sette settimane (alcune fonti citano otto settimana, ma poco conta) per “quel momento”. La situazione e le prospettive, infatti, cambiano nel corso dell’incontro quanto Wepner si dimostrò un lottatore resistente e tenace a non voler cadere al tappeto. Wepner è un incassatore nato, dice di avere 329 punti di sutura nel volto dovuti a quindici  anni di incontri. Alla nona ripresta riesce a buttare al tappeto Alì, che si rialza incredulo. Resiste fino alla quindicesima ripresa andando a KO  tecnico solo 19 secondi prima del suono della campana e della fine dell’incontro (e non poche sono state le critiche da parte dell’arbitro per aver fermato l’incontro a 19 secondi dalla fine). Alla fine il vincitore morale è lui, Chuck Wepner, lasciando sbalorditi gli spettatori e tutto il mondo della boxe.
Stallone era un fun di Alì, ma fu colpito dall’audacia e dalla caparbietà dello sfidante e durante l’incontro inizio a fare il tifo per il pugile bianco. Questa esperienza colpisce il giovane Stallone che rimase seduto sulla seggiola mentre gli spettatori uscivano dal teatro. Torna a casa con mille idee per una sceneggiature, in tre giorni scrive la storia di Rocky. Nello scrivere la sceneggiatura Stallone costruire il personaggio Chuck Wepner a sua immagine e somiglianza, infondo non conosceva nulla del carattere e personalità del pugile se non quello che aveva visto in quel teatro, quindi nulla di più semplice che dare al pugile bianco fuori del ring la sue storia, ovvero la storia di Stallone. Vuole creare un personaggio che come lui è sconfitto e umiliato dagli eventi della vita, dalla incomprensione, ma anche dal carattere e dal coraggio di emergere. Crea quindi un personaggio di talento, ma che, come lui, combatte quotidianamente per superare i limiti che la sua società gli ha imposto. E’ lui Rocky.  Ha scritto una sceneggiatura di un film su di lui. E’ lui Rocky e solo lui può interpretarlo. Si convince di questo.
Poco dopo aver finito di scrivere la sceneggiatura, Stallone ha la fortuna di avere un provino per una parte in un film. Durante il provino con i produttori  Irwin Winkler e Robert Chartoff (all’epoca produttori affermati che avevano già creato più di una ventina di film), Stallone rivela di essere, oltre che attore, anche uno sceneggiatore e riesce a convincere i produttori a dare uno sguardo alla sua sceneggiatura. Rimangono colpiti. La sceneggiatura piace. Gli offrirono di comprare la sceneggiatura, 75.000 dollari. Per allora, per un ragazzo con 109 dollari in banca, una cifra considerevole. Però non gli propongono la parte nel film.
Lui non voleva vendere la sua sceneggiatura. L’aveva scritta per lui. Lui è Rocky e lui vuole interpretare la sua parte. I produttori non volevano affidare la parte del protagonista ad un attore sconosciuto, volevano un attore di fama, come Burt Reynolds (Quella sporca ultima meta) , James Caan (Il Padrino) , o Ryan O’Neal (Love Story).
Gli furono proposti 125.000 dollari. Stallone è messo a dura prova, non aveva un becco di un quattrino in tasca eppure gli avevano appena offerto una somma mai vista prima. Determinato a voler essere lui il protagonista del suo film era intenzionato a bruciare il manoscritto piuttosto che lasciare che qualcun altro interpretasse la sua parte.  Alla fine raggiunsero un accordo.  Avrebbero dato la parte di Rocky a Sylvester Stallone e lui si sarebbe accontentato di molto meno di quanto avrebbe potuto ottenere vendendo la sceneggiatura. Era una scommessa sia per la produzione ma soprattutto per lui. Il film fu girato in un mese. Alla produzione costò in totale 950.000 dollari. Il film usci l’anno seguente e fu subito un successo ottenendo incassi record. Vince 3 oscar tra cui come miglior film. Sylvester Stallone diventò l’attore tra i più famosi di Hollywood e fece molti altri film.
Se si fosse accontentato della cifra che gli avevano proposto, non avrebbe ottenuto quello che sognava: avere successo come attore. Il film incassa 117 milioni di dollari fu girato in 28 giorni ed è ritenuto tra i 100 film più belli di sempre. A Chuck Wepner fu offerto,per poter realizzare il film nato su di lui (anche se lui non si è mai identificato Rocky), 70.000 dollari subito o 1% degli incassi. Lui prese i 70.000 dollari.
Se avesse optato per l’altra possibilità ora sarebbe milionario.
ESPN recentemente ha creato un documentario su di lui e sull’impresa che ha fatto, mentre ad Hollywood stanno girando un film sulla sua vita. Non sarà un altro Rocky ma la storia del “vero Rocky”.

Now I want to talk about how Rocky was born and tell you that Rocky has really existed.
Behind the movie Rocky, there are two stories to tell.
One story about a boxer and one about a young unknown actor.
The boxer Chuck Wepner, a boxer mid-level of New Jersey, the unknown actor is Sylvester Stallone.
We start with Sylvester Stallone. At that time, in the mid-seventies, he is a young actor for poor origins, separated parents, married with two young children. Stallone wants to be an actor and continues to the first audition in New York then Los Angeles. Up to that time had taken part in only small parts, or second appearances roles in films that have never had success. Among Philadelphia, Los Angeles and New York, during the years had failed to find who had the courage to bet on him as an actor. Noon

La settimana scorsa  sono stato al Noon.

Il Noon è un Resturant Bar nel centro di milano, dietro stazione Cadorna.
Premetto che il Noon, grazie alla sua posizine (è facile da raggiungere da casa mia)  è un posto che frequento da molto tempo.

O meglio, lo conosco da molto tempo e ogni tanto mi invitano e ci vado senza farmi tanti problemi.

Infondo quando mi invitano sono più concentrato a pensare alla compagnia che al locale.
Ovviamente come ogni locale che si rispetti a milano (e penso nel mondo), le serate variano a seconda del giorno della settimana.
Esistono locali che vanno bene ad esempio il giovedi (dove per bene intendo che il locale è pieno) e meno il mercoledi. Altri bene il week end e meno durante la settimana  e viceversa.
Il Noon è un locale che è pieno tutto i giorni dell’anno.
La gente lo affolla soprattutto durante l’orario dell’aperitivo, ma non diminuisce molto dopo le 21, orario in cui termina l'aperitivo.
Se non si prenota un tavolo stai in piedi,e non ci sono speranze (a meno che non vengono esibite cosce lunghe e nude).
Il locale quando è vuoto si presenta bene, ben arredato e curato nei dettagli seppur molto semplice. Per chi se ne intentende di design (io no!) sappia che ci sono lampade disegnate da Simone D'Auria (non ho la pallida idea di chi sia, ma sono andato ad informarmi su internet) e poltroncine di Magistretti (idem!, ma infondo non posso sapere tutto e questo è solo una info che do a chi se ne intende più di me).
Il locale e’ su due livelli e ha pure una sala fumatori nel piano sotto ( al -1) e una sala per ballare.
Per questo non lo reputo per nulla piccolo, anzi supera la media delle dimensioni dei normali locali che si trovano a milano.
Seppur quindi non certo piccolo e sempre pieno è un locale che ho trovato sempre molto dispersivo.
Se non trovo da sedermi, a differenza di altri posti, mi viene l’istinto di andarmene via ,anche se sono in compagnia di altre persone.
Esistono alcuni locali a milano dove mi piace stare anche se non sto bevendo e sto in piedi. Sono locali che mi fanno sentire a mio agio e conversare con amici in totale relax. Non so perchè, sarà per le luce, per la musica di sottofondo, sarà per esperienze regresse in una altra vita, non lo so,ma ci sto bene.Infondo uscire di casa a fare un ape deve essere un momento di relax e non di stress. Tantomeno se hai passato una giornata di lavoro strassante cosa che a me capita qualche volta, e alla maggior parte delle persone che conosco capita sempre.
Se al Noon non trovo da sedermi, mi viene voglia di scappare e andarmene via. Sarà a causa della folla, del poco spazio a disposizione nel banco del buffet dove le persone che ordinano da bere mettono poi radici non lasciando lo spazio agli altri di mangiare o ordinare (quei poveri che non hanno da sedere).
E questo è il lato negativo di un locale che, comunque se ne parli male, gode di discreto successo.
Se invitassi qualcuno a fare un ape il Noon non è il posto che mi viene in mente come prima scelta. Forse non entra tra le prime 5, forse tra le prime 10 se riesco a prenotare un tavolo.
Il buffet non è male, ma attenzione a non ordinare buffet al tavolo, rischi che ti fanno pagare il doppio
Il drink non male, mediamente sopra la media, (hanno pure una scelta di vodka difficile da trovare in altri locali) però bisogna stare attenti.
Se ordino al tavolo e chiedo il mio drink preferito (vodka Tonic con vodka moskovskaya) loro mi portano , come piace a me, il bicchiere con vodka e ghiaccio e la tonic a parte. Ma la quantità di vodka , seppur buona, lascia sempre a desiderare (no non sono un ubriacone…non sono l’unico che si lamenta dei cocktail annaquati in quel locale, certo per accorgersene non si deve essere dei bevitori occasionali!)
Per cui devo chiedere espressamente che sia bello carico per avere almeno un drink alla mia portata. Non voledo bere piu di un bicchiere a serata (o ad aperitivo) vorrei almeno che fosse buono.
La gente: targhet di età tra i 25 ai 40, ma si vedono molti capelli bianchi in giro. Fighetta?? questo è quello che mi sento dire spesso quando chiedo i pareri in merito alle persone in questo locale. Ma secondo me hai diritto di parlare male della gente di un locale solo se ci sei stato un paio di volte e decidi di non adarci più per principio, perché se continui a frequentarlo fai parte pure te di quelle persone. Per me si ,la gente è un po fighetta e si atteggia (come un po tutta milano) e io con loro, visto che continuo ad andarci. Sono un "fighetto", è un lato del mio carattere che va aggiustato e migliorato e ci sto lavorando, ma questo è un altro discorso.
Consiglio il locale, ma con riserva, se avete meno di 25 anni, vi consiglio espressamente di andare da una altra parte per voi stessi. Ho visto compagnie di ventenni rimbalzate con il locale vuoto. Questa è una logica che non comprendo. Ma è cosi.
Se avete dai 25 in su, secondo me vi divertite se e solo se avete una buona compagnia.

Succo vegetariano super potente - Vegetarian powerful super juice

Ciao, oggi voglio parlare di un frullato molto potente.
E quando dico che è molto potente non esagero : è un frullato proteico che contiene TUTTI gli aminoacidi essenziali (gli elementi base della proteina) necessari per formare i muscoli.
Il frullato è cosi composto

1/4 di Ananas
2 Mele
1/2 Avocado
1 Banana

Procedimento: si centrifuga prima le due mele, ben lavate, con l'ananas. L'ananas va sbucciato e tolto il gambo se avete una centrifuga debole come la mia; se è potente potete lasciare il gambo.
Si taglia a fettine piccole banana e avocado e lo si mette nel frullatore.
Nel frullatore poi si aggiunge la centrifuga di mele e ananas e si frulla tutto assieme.
Se si vuole si può aggiungere anche del latte scemato e/o ghiaccio per rendere il tutto più corposo.

Ma analizziamo assieme ogni frutto e il perche fanno bene.

ANANAS
Il 90% dell'ananas è composto da acqua, il restante 10% è composto da zuccheri, oli essenziali, bromelina, acido ossalico citrico e malico (acidi organici), vitamina A, B e C,aminoacidi,proteine; minerali come iodio, manganese,calcio ,potassio e fosforo. Per ogni 100g vi sono 40 calorie.
La bromelina conferisce all'ananas proprietà digestive, drena proteine molto complesse. L'ananas favorisce la riduzione di liquidi grazie agli acidi organici. Ecco perche l'ananas è indicato nelle diete per combattere la cellulite nelle donne.La vitamina C, il betacarotene e il manganese, in unione con sostanze antiossidanti aiutano a mantenere una pelle luminosa ed elastica rallentando cosi la formazione delle rughe.

AVOCADO
Per me è il re di questo frullato. Non voglio togliere nulla agli altri componenti di questa magica bevanda, ma per me l'avocado è stata una bella scoperta.Non lo avevo mai mangiato, non ha un aspetto invitante ne come frutto ne come vegetale (non ho capito se è un frutto o un vegetale). Ma ho scoperto che è un frutto-vegetale quasi miracoloso.
L'avocado è composto per l'80% da grassi salubri e per il 15% da proteine.
Fornisce più proteine del latte e contiene tutti gli amminoacidi essenziali.
L'avocado è una fonte ricca di calcio e potassio(contiene più potassio delle banane!) fibre, grassi monoinsaturi (Omega 3 e Omega 6), utili a contrastare il diabete e difendere il cuore. Contiene una moltitudine di vitamine: A,B1,B2 (ottimo per la crescita dei bambini),D,E,K,H,PP. La vitamina A ed E sono forti antiossidanti che aiutano contro l'invecchiamento della pelle ( gli elementi antiossidanti aiutano a liberare la cellula dai radicali liberi, causa dell'invecchiamento).
Attenzione a due cose però: è molto calorico, non fa dimagrire, per ogni 100g ci sono 230 calorie!. Secondo, compratelo maturo, o aspettate che maturi bene prima di mangiarlo, se no è molto aspro e non si riesce a frullare.

BANANA
La banana contiene in dosi minori tutti gli elementi che sono presenti sia nell'ananas che nell'avocado, ma è molto più dolce: Vitamine del gruppo B,C, betacarotene, acido folico,potassio, magnesio, calcio,sodio.
La banana è particolarmente indicata per gli sportivi grazie alle sue proprietà energetiche e nutritive.
Per una banana abbiamo 80 calorie ogni 100g

MELA
Una mela al giorno leva il medico di torno e se ne centrifughi due??
E' un vero farmaco naturale.E' ricca di sali minerali e vitamine del gruppo B e C. Previene le malattie caridiovascolari e il cancro, grazie alla presenza di antiossidanti come i bioflavoinoidi il consumo regolare di mele ci aiuta a combattere i radicali liberi, dannosi per l'organismo.L'azione anti cancro si deve alla vitamina C e alla pectina che durante la sua formazione produce acido butirrico, sostanza base di alcuni farmaci sperimentali per la cura del cancro. Oggi vi presento una ricetta per un dolce veloce e buono.

E' un dolce a base di farina di cocco.

Ovviamente vi deve piacere il cocco. A me moltissimo.

Non è indicato per chi è a dieta (come del resto tutti i dolci) è particolarmente calorico essendo composto da molto burro e molto zucchero.

Anche per chi non è a dieta consiglio il consumo a colazione, per aver il tempo tutta la giornata di smaltire i grassi.

Ottimo per chi va a lavoro a piedi (per qui pochi fortunati che lavorano vicino a casa).

Ingredieti :

400 gr di biscotti secchi

200 gr di burro

300 gr di farina di cocco

120 gr di zucchero.

mezzo bicchiere di marsala (meglio marsala all'ovo)

Preparazione:

1) tirate fuori il burro dal frigo e mettetelo vicino ad una fonte calda in modo che si intenerisca il più possibile, eviterei di usare il microonde...non deve proprio liquefarsi ma intenerirsi molto.

2) trasformate i 400 gr di biscotti in polvere.....usate un frullatore se lo avete. Io ce l'ho...se no sbizzarritevi..ma dovete polverizzare quei biscotti!!

3) una volta che il burro si è ammorbidito molto lavoratelo con lo zucchero in modo da ottenere un composto il piu possibile cremoso.

4) iniziate ad aggiungere piano piano la farina di cocco al burro e zucchero, poi un po di farina di biscotti, poi un po di farina di cocco, poi un po di farina di biscotti...

5) alla fine mettete il bicchiere di marlasa e continuate a girare girare girare fino a che ottenere un comporto malleabile.

6) potete usare qualsiasi forma per fare il dolce, rettangolare, quadrata o a forma di cuore.

7) mettete in frigo almeno un ora , cosi il tutto diventerà un composto solido.

Buon appetito, non esagerate perche con gli ingredienti che vi ho dato ne viene fuori molta. Datene un po ai vicini di casa o portatela ai colleghi.
